Data Scientist Introduction:

We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented individual to fill our vacant Data Scientist position. You would be tasked with analyzing and interpreting data to provide business information that is crucial to our success. This is a position that requires fast problem-solving abilities and the ability to create documents about the data that is available.

Data Scientist Responsibilties:

In this role, you would report to the VP of Technology. Responsibilities may include:

• Interpreting data and communicate its meaning to management
• Using data to forecast future business
• Providing solutions to complex problems
• Collaborating with the product and engineering teams to create or improve products
• Other duties as required

Data Scientist Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data science
• Master’s or Ph.D in Computer Science or Engineering
• Knowledge of various coding languages (e.g. Java, R, C++, SQL, iOS)
• Strong understanding of data and business
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team
• Working in a fast-paced environment
