Administrator Responsibilties:

This position reports to the Operations Manager. Duties may include:

  • Greeting visitors to our facility and signing them in, alerting appropriate staff of their arrival
  • Overseeing administrative staff
  • Managing multiple employee calendars and scheduling meeting times
  • Setting up conference rooms for meetings
  • Collecting walk-in resumes from applicants and forwarding them to Human Resources team
  • Researching and coordinating employee travel plans as needed
  • Receiving and delivering phone and in-person messages
  • Processing outcoming and incoming mail
  • Helping to maintain a professional and tidy office space
  • Alerting cleaning staff of any issues or concerns
  • Responding to inquiries and directing them to appropriate staff
  • Ensuring office supplies are appropriately stocked and coordinating supply orders as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Administrator Qualifications:

  • 6 months or more working in a busy office, or relevant education
  • Completed College Diploma in Office Administration(or relevant study) considered an asset but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
